华新租赁是江苏华新融资租赁有限公司旗下品牌。Registered in 2015, Chinovation Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Chinovation” or the “Company”) is a wholly foreign-owned leasing company regulated by Ministry of Commerce. Chinovation’s direct parent is Jiangsu Huaxi International Trade Co., Ltd., a company registered in Hong Kong, and its ultimate shareholder is Jiangsu Huaxi Group Limited (“Huaxi Group” or the “Group”). The registered capital of the Chinovation is US$49.99 million as of today and will be increased to US$128 million by 31 August 2015. A further increase to US$200 million is expected by year end. The Company’s business mainly covers the following areas: - traditional direct leasing / sales and lease back business in China onshore market and structured cross border business; - leasing business denominated in RMB (both China onshore and offshore) and foreign currencies (offshore); - asset purchase and disposal; and - leasing related consulting service.
