Purpose of the Role: To design embedded firmware for data center environment and energy monitoring products. Responsibilities: • Design, verification, specification, and qualification of data center environment and energy monitor product firmware; • Drive the development of product requirements necessary for detailed design; • Using software development and debug tools for development of products; • Develop and modify existing firmware subsystems for data center environment and energy monitor pBOSS直聘roduct. that meet or exceed the requirements of the technical spec matrix; including, but not limited to: Performance, Endurance, Capacity, Functionality, and Quality/ Reliability; • Firmware Quality BOSS直聘Assurance: Run and modify a firmware functional integration test capability that insures the firmware subsystem meets the quality, functional, and performance requirements required at each integration milestone in the product development lifecycle; • Proactively provide to Management, cross-functional team members, and the firmware team consistent, detailed, and properly summarized information regarding activities within the firmware development organization and status of firmware development projects; • Analyzing and solving complex hardware/firmware issue; • Maintain aggressive product BOSS直聘development schedules; • Maintain releaBOSS直聘sed product firmware upgrade; • Work as part of a team; • Work with minimal supervision; • Manage project issues, decisions and risks, including escalation to sponsors. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering or equivalent; • 0~3 years working experience with embedded firmware design; • Demonstrated experience with RTOS based embedded firmware; • Demonstrated experience with embedded Linux; • Demonstrated ebossxperience with TCP/IP network protocols; • Knowledge of compliance process like UL/CE/DEMCO is advantageous; • Knowledge or experience with EMC/EMI; • Having background of reliability or six-sigma is advantageous; • Open mind and team work with people from different cultures; experience in working with global team; • Good English language skills: read, write, listen and speak; • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
