Responsibilities: - Test the games developed by 2K andreport/track/regress issues in bug database. - Making test case, test plan of assigned gamemodule under testing. - Analyze project sBOSS直聘tatus, report major issues andrisks to QA Lead, provide daily report. - Opt直聘imize testing method to meet tight QA andproject schedule. - Guiding testers to facilitate their growthwithin the department. Guide testers to ensure their quality of work. - Set the right example for the testers in thedepartment. Requirements: - 2 years Game QA or Software QA experience on twoshipped titles. - Strong Game testing or software testingknowledge. - Strong interpersonal and communicatBOSS直聘ions skillswith both English and Chinese. - Positive attitude to motivate people, instillaccountability and achieve results. - Ability to work under pressure and tightschedule. - Absolute passion for games. - Strong computer skill, Microsoft Office, graphicediting software, etc. - Knowledge of NBA/WWE or experience of any 2Kgames is preferred. 工作职责： - 测试2K公司的游戏，在Bug数据库上报问题并跟踪验证问题。 - 制订所测试项目模块的测试用例和测试计划。 - 分析项目进度，向测试组长反应项目严重问题和风险，提供测试报告。 - 优化测试方案以保证项目测试的进度，持续改进以提高测试效率。 - 促进测试人员在部门内的成长，指导测试人员提升工作质量和工作效率。 - 在部门中树立良好的榜样。 职位要求： - 2年游戏测试和软件测试经验，有2个已发售游戏测试经验。 - 丰富的游戏测试或软件测试知识。 - 良好的中英文沟通交流能力。 - 以积极的态度激励他人，对所负责的工作有强烈的责任心。 - 能够在有压力以及在紧张的进度下工作。 - 良好的计算机使用能力，能够使用直聘Microsoft Office，图形编辑软件等。 - 对游戏行业充满热情并具有高度责任心。 - 了解NBA或者WWE等体育运动的相关知识，或有2K相关游戏经验者优先。
