Job Description Mass spectrum platform of Molecular Science, (Senior) research investigator/Principal Investigator We are seeking a highly talented and motivated group leader with strong scientific background in Mass spectrum technology for BeiGen直聘e discovery pipelines. Responsibilities: Do small molecule compound screening by afbossfinity mass spectrometry, Intact MS and Native MS, etc. Identify compound binding site by peptide fingerprinting, HDX, etc.? Support target identification and off target prediction and evaluation with proteomics. Introduce the cutting-edge metBOSS直聘hods into work and optimize the current platform to improve the work efficiency capability and capacity. Independently design and develop the new assays accordingly and be able to perform the trouble shooting. Be responsible for data interpretation and communication within and outside the group. Collaborate closely with biochemists, medicinal chemists, cell biologists and in vivo pharmacologists to speed up the drug discovery process and fulfill BeiGene drug discovery goals. Maintain and calibrate the Mass spectrum platform cooperatively. Training team members and lead the team to fulfill the assigned tasks and smoothly move the project forward. Qualifications: Ph.D. degree in analytical?chemistry or biochemistry or related major. At least 5 years LC-MS experience. Experience in protein mass spectrometry is preferred Experience in protein purification is plus. Experience 直聘in HDX is plus Strong scientific background with proven track-record of scientific publications. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and collaborative. Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
