QUALIFICATIONS: • 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required •8+ years of experience in software development, •Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience. •Strong expertise in Java, Microskanzhunervices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). •Experience in large-scale distributed systems and high-performance applications. •Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and modern cloud technologies. •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. •Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing and growing a team. •Nice to have experience with NoSQL, such as Solr, ES, Redis, Cassandra. •Familiarity with containerization, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and observability tools. •Previous experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
