Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and specifications and resolve issues. - Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for software applications. - Develop automation tools for running regression for IES developed tools. - Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, including functional, performance, and usability testing. - Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira. - Review documentation. - Participate in spec planning and product release activities. - Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in combossputer science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, debugging and executing manual and automated tests. - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go or Rust forboss building test automation. - Have basic knowledge of software QA methodbossologies, tools, and processes. - Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira and version control systems such as Bitbucket. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred - Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium - Knowledge of relationalBOSS直聘 database languages such as SQL - Experience with Cl/CD pipelines. - 5+ years of testing experience.
