The Specialist will bridge the IDM knowledge gap with international suppliers through t直聘raining, translation and proactive item onboarding support. Conduct scheduled and ad hoc IDM training sessions for new suppliers as well as to educate suppliers on any system or process enhancements. Perf直聘orm one time and ongoing analysis to determine process and application areas that require additional instruction and follow-up. Responsible for determining item status, troubleshooting and communicating IDM/Flex errors, working with suppliers to update IDM, updating item data when necessary and coordinating with internal Home Depot teams as needed to research and resolve data issues. Will be the primary IDM item onboarding contact for all seasonal initiatives that直聘 have an onboarding timeline (ie: Halloween/Harvest, Holiday, Patio, Black Friday, Gift Center, etc.). Develop proactive partnerships with Digital Content, Global Operation Managers and International Logistics that will mitigate project timeline impacts.来自BOSS直聘 Main points: · 40% - Provide IDM onboarding support for internation来自BOSS直聘al suppliers · 30% - Improve item maintenance during seasonal initiatives by proactively driving item onboarding activities, reduce seasonal program onboarding cycle time · 20% - Be the primary source of IDM training for international suppliers (Training, Webinar and 1-on-1 assistance) · 10% - Will translate or will supervise the translation of key IDM training documents into Mandarin This associate will have no direct reports.
