Key Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in manuf来自BOSS直聘acturing industry with Supply Chain Operations / Manufacturing background, • Good vision, analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills. • Excellent communication skill and interaction with people • Result oriented, strong in leadership and organization skills. • Willing to work from OEM factory and can work under high pressure • Self motivated with innovation, integrity and attention to kanzhundetails, result driven • English & Mandarin proficiency • Pleasant personality Description: • Drive & manage OEM for flawlesbosss factory execution • Coordinate with Planning, Material, Quality, Process Engineering, Testing, Capex, Logistics team etc. to ensure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Input/Output/Shipment (IOS) target are met • Take the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functional issues timely to avoid IO/Avail. Impact • Engage into new product introduction & readiness review for factory ramp, SMT/FATP capacity plan, line & equipment readiness, Operatobossr readiness etc. Ensure DL sufficiency for new product ramp • Manage OEM Order Cycle Time (OCT) and Time BOSS直聘Dependency Model (TDM) • Ensure short term and long term capacity planning and execution with close communication with Cupertino counterpart • Conduct regular operations metrics performance review and drive continuous improvement with OEM • Provide mentorship to OEM. • Establish healthy working relationship with OEM • Work as escalation point if any SR/Security/EHS issue related with OEM factory
