您将领导开发团队,负责关键系统的全生命周期开发管理,涵盖架构设计、代码质量控制、团队管理、开发流程优化与跨部门协作。同时,您需要与产品、业务和客户保持高频沟通,确保技术方案BOSS直聘紧贴真实需求。该职位不仅需要具备扎实的技术背景,还能胜任团队领导、跨部门沟通和项目推进等多重职责,是连接业务战略与技术实现的复合型技术管理者。 我们期待您: •10 年以上软件开发经验,2 年以上技术管理/团队领导经验,管理10-30人团队经验; •有复杂项目、跨团队协作经验,擅长资源协调与多任务管理; •熟悉主流开发语言(Python、Java 等),具备大型系统架构设计与性能优化经验; •有使用生成式 AI / LLM 技术落地实际业务场景的经验者优先; •英文书面与口语沟通能力强,能胜任国际化工作环境。 Responsibilities • Successfully partner and lead large offshore resources in solving complex business needs. • Perform reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed. • Complete management responsibilities to include performance management, hiring and coaching of staff, and resource planning. • Write advanced complex code for computer systems and serve as a senior source of expertise. • Manage system and user acceptance testing cycles to ensure accurate and quality business solutions. • Lead the development of technical standards, and perform reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed. • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources. • Recommend technical strategy and direction across functional area. • Participate in development and evolution of architecture. • Consult with stakeholders to find alternative work-arounds during system outages. • Provide design input across a product. • Work directly with customers and end users. • Serve as acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues. • Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements. • Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. • Complete complex bug fixes. • Design and work with complex data models. • Seek diverse ideas and perspectives from a variety of sources to create better solutions, products, and services. • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving pbossroblems. • Ensure all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the most outstanding degree possible. Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently. • Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations. • Empower the staff to be accountable bossand responsible for their own actions and decisions. • All other duties as assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: • 10+ years of Software Development experience • 2+ years of management experience • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Expertise and proven experience in various staffing and resource models. • Strong proficiency in database technology, design and manipulation, optimization, and best practices. • Knowledge in normalized/dimensional data modeling principles and their application to complex business needs. • Expertise in techniques for design and code reviews of offshore technical proposals. • Proven knowledge and experience in project planning and management tools to manage project progress, budget, and scope. • Experience in code reviews and development approaches. • Expertise in industry best practices in offshore partnership development. • Proven ability to lead test-driven development and maintenance. • Industrywide or broad companywide technical knowledge. • Specialized coding skills. • Knowledge of large complex systems. • Proven ability to adapt to new roles and responsibilities. • Software development process expert in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Expertise in data modeling, design and manipulation, optimization, best practices, tuning, and leading industry trend knowledge. • Expertise in industry technology language development trends. • Proven expertise and experience applying industry best practices in all aspects of development. • Expert knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems. • Strong budgeting and finance skills. • Proven expertise in the use and development of applicable desktop tool sets. • Proven expert in partnering and leading internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs. • Strong experience with various resource models such as Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation. • Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques. • Ability to design and work with complex data models. • Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: python, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net. • Knowledge in using and developing applicable tool sets. • Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of advanced complexity. • Strong skills in setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals through the direct management of others. • Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity. • Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making. • Advanced communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums.

We are seeking a Product Application Engineering Manager to join our team that will lead team and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, using effective communication, problem-solving and prioritization skills. THE PERSON: This AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) team is looking for a senior level person that can help guide the team, mentor upcoming developers, provide long range strategy, and is willing to jump in to help resolve issues quickly.  You will be involved in all areas that impact the team including performance, automation, and development. The right candidate will be informed on the latest trends and become prepared to give consultative direction to senior management. A highly motivated self-starter, good manage interacti直聘on with partners/customers. Person has to have experience in design and bringing up complex CPU/GPUs in a system. Have leadership skills in driving complex issues/problems and provide insight into not only designs but debug of complex system level problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Strong leadership and effective communication skills • A powerful desire to learn new skills and understand new features as they are added • Proven record of accomplishment of working within and across groups. • Responsible for exploring opportunities to improve product • Work with ODM/OEM/CM partners on server based solutions which better map to AMD DCGPU Computing solutions Develop technical and training presentation to customer, create Whitepapers on technology, products and solutions • Provide design review and recommendation for partner/customer's platform using AMD DC GPU solution • Provide leadership input/recommendations to design, validation & manufacturing test based on the SOC to platform design • Lead working on the bring-up of a partner/customer's GPU subsystem for given systems or platforms Key Qualifications: • Minimum 10+ years of system or SOC level hardware design & debug and customer support experience. • 5+ years management experience • Exposure to systems architecture, Knowledgeable about the architecture of AMD CPUs and GPUs • Bring-up of complex computer systems that reside in Data Centers (GPU). Strong system level debugging skill from HW, SW & Driver perspective • Customer support experience. Experience in working directly with local ODM partner or key OEM/CSP customers and enabling them to production. • Team player with passion and willing to do whatever it takes for business bosssuccess with a keen sense of urgency and strong drive. IDEAL CANDIDATE • Significant experience in SoC and/or System bring-up, validation, verification and debug of complex issues • Strong system design experience on CPU, GPU, HSIO, Memory and PWR, capable to provide schematics and board review for partners & customers • Familiar with OCP OAM & dGPU system architecture and dbossesign is a plus • Familiar with HSIO debug & strong Signal Integrity knowledge is a plus • Be the go-to person for debugging of issues for a given system/platform/subsystem • Collaborate with partners/customers on systems design, bring-up & validation phases • Hands-on experience in using AMD tool, industry debug tools, scopes, etc. • Leadership and Communication skills are mandatory as individual will be in top level customer relation technical discussions • Able to work as a team and work efficiently in a dynamic environment and on multiple projects ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: • Bachelors or Master’s in computer engineering or computer science or electrical engineering, or comparable disciplines
