  EileenCo-founder

  A co-founder of Create Consulting (Beijing Talent Union), Eileen has over ten years experience in marketing, sales, and executive management of Chinese outbound tourism operations. Having worked for China Space, China Post & Telecom International Travel and Beijing North Star International Travel (first opened 9 ADS Travel Agencies in China), Eileen is a seasoned industry professional who is adept at marketing, sales, project management of tourism brands. She has worked closely with MICE agencies and leading travel media in Beijing and Shanghai. In the past four years she has been involved in the successful marketing of several key destinations, attractions, hotel chains, resorts and leading DMC’s. A native of Beijing, Eileen graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with her major in Business English, and studied a Master’s Degree of Tourism. She then worked for a leading IT company before moving to pursue her passion for the tourism industry.

  MichaelCo-founder

  A co-founder of Create Consulting, Michael oversees the company’s operations and as such has the dual role of client liaison and China market implementation. Having lived and worked in Beijing for 13 years the Cape Townian previously co-founded Weber Shandwick’s China Travel Practice and was instrumental in promoting numerous North American and European tourism brands in the Mainland market. Michael also served as overall Project Manager of the '10 Year Anniversary of South Africa - China Diplomatic Relations‘ year long campaign, an initiative of the Department of Foreign Affairs and by far South Africa’s biggest budget branding campaign in Asia in history. He has hosted media events for the Mayor of Cape Town, Starwood Hotel & Resorts top five global leadership, Alibaba’s founder/CEO Jack Ma, Yahoo’s Jerry Yang, Skype’s Niklas Zennström and US President Clinton.
