Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in network engineering and architectural design, with at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese, as well as a proactive attitude in addressing technical issues and managing projects. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally to design, implement, and maintain network solutions. • Utilize your exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese to effectively address technical issues and collaborate on various projects. • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution. • Apply your project management mindset to work seamlessly with diverse teams across different locations, both locally and globally. • Utilize your deep knowledge and experience with Cisco and HUAWEI products and solutions to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive network engineering and architectural designs. • Ensure the security, reliability, and optimal performance of the network infrastructure by implementing best practices and industry standards. • Conduct network assessments, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions to enhance network efficiency and performance. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in network engineering and architectural design and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Must have: • 5-7 years of proven experience in network engineering and arch design. • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and "can-do" attitude. • Demonstrated project management mindset, capable of successfully collaborating with diverse teams across different locations. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco/HUAWEl products and solutions. • Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, etc. • Familiarity with network security principles and best practices. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
