岗位职责： Responsibilities: 1、日常对接公司内部所有视觉相关设计需求，包括branding相关各种campaign，衍生周边产品设计，以及各种内外部线上线下的设计需求； Handle all visual design needs for the company, including various branding campaigns, derivative product designs, and online/offline design requirements; 2、 精通各种设计软件，良好的视觉设计能力，有手绘能力。运用色彩、图形等元素，并认同原创设计理念（熟练使用blender/SD/Midjourney工具的超级加分）； Proficient in various design software, with excellent visual design skills and hand-painted ability. Use color, graphics, and other elements, and agree with the concept of original design (proficiency in using blender/SD/Midjourney tools is a big plus); 3、会独立思考，拥有需求分析、沟通能力和理解能力，能快速理解明确需求并能运用在设计稿中； Independently think, have demand analysis, communication and understanding ability, quickly understand clear requirements, and can apply them to design drafts; 4、参与各种活动方案的创意，且能驾驭多种不同的设计风格； Participate in the creative planning of various activities and can handle various design styles; 5、 负责或组织个别独立项目小组的完整设计流程，带领组员一起完成设计工作。 Responsible for or organize the complete design process of individual independent project groups, leading team members to complete the design work. 职位要求： Requirements: 1、本科及以上学历，5年电商视觉设计或互联网设计经验； Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in e-commerce visual design or internet design; 2、设计知识体系全面，执行力强，勇于创新，善于捕捉流行设计语言趋势，归纳吸收能力强，有强大的自我更新迭代意识； Comprehensive knowledge system of design, strong execution, courage to innovate, good at capturing trends in popular design language, strong ability to summarize and absorb, and a strong sense of self-updating and iteration; 3、扎实的视觉表现力，对流行元素敏锐的观察力和优秀总结能力；有优秀案例及作品； Solid visual expression ability, sensitive observation ability to popular elements, and excellent summary ability; outstanding cases and works; 4、抗压能力强，良好合作态度、团队精神以及诚实正直有责任心； Strong ability to withstand pressure, good cooperation attitude, teamwork spirit, honesty, integrity, and responsibility; 5、提供简历时务必附带作品或作品链接。 When submitting a resume, please attach your portfolio or work links. 加分项 有以下行业经验：互联网
