该职位为长期外包岗位，派驻至外资快消品客户现场。正规外包，全额缴纳五险一金并有补充医疗保险福利。 需要英文口语流利。 Responsibilities: - Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis or other relevant methods. Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up form low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with the busines to analyse information needs, functional and non-functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: - Functional requirements/business requirements document, use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs. - Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language - Analyse business processes and procedures to recommend best practise for improving business processes through the use of information systems - Work with all stakeholders to ensure business benefits as elicited To act as the conduit between the customer community and the internal and external software development team through which requirements flow - To collaborate with solutions architect, technical design authority, developers and subject matter experts to ensure solution alignment with the technical architecture vision, analysing trade-offs between usability, performance and architectural needs. - Works with data steering group to ensure that solutions align with the corporate data strategy. - To perform analysis using industry standard methodology/tools - To document and maintain knowledge of business functional areas to understand system requirements, with specific focus on unique and novel Coal Authority processes. - To assist with preparation of proposal, RFP process, evaluation and contractor/consultant vendor selection as required
