Management of orders from order review to after delivery issues with close interaction with factory, sales team and 3PL. To ensure products are delivered to customers on time and maintain high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer enquiries and handling of orders from receipt to the closure of sales.
负责特定客户群的订单管理工作,包括接洽客户的订单需求、系统录入订单、跟踪背靠背采购订单的执行、确认客户货款到位、安排物流送货并最终完成商业发票开具等。与公司应用技术团队、销售团队、财务团队、物流团队和供应商团队通力合作,确保商品准时交付并完成高质量的客户服务。
Job Responsibilities (主要职责)
1.Conduct customer order management, included but not limited to order acknowledgement, contract preparation, order entry into ERP system, order status tracking & feedback, Letter of Credit etc. trade document obtaining, commercial documents pursuing, and so on
统筹订单管理,包括但不限于:订单确认、合同准备、订单录入、交付追踪、信用证/电汇等货款状态查询、商业单据准备等
2.Facilitate the gap closing of customer demanding with manufacturer supplying through mutual & reasonable explanation exchanging
协商解决客户需求与交付能力之间的差距,并最终促成买卖双方满意的交付结果
3.Internally coordinate the sales, engineering and supply chain functions to solve the obstacles to order execution
内部协同销售、工程、供应链部门一起解决订单执行过程中的各种障碍,推动订单顺利关闭
4.Timely update the order board report to reflect the current order status, and proactively remind the customers and manufacturers for their due date actions
及时更新订单交期承诺并与客户保持紧密沟通,主动提醒应付账款和超期订单的履约
5.Evaluate all monthly metrics and participates actively in continuous improvement initiatives that helps achieve Key Performance Indicators
定期完成关键业务指标的评估并持续改进工作质量和效率
6.Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager

Basic Qualifications (资质要求)
1.At least 3 years working experience in Customer Service / Order Management / International Trade job, better in manufacturing industry
3年(及以上)客户服务、订单管理或国际贸易等岗位的工作经验,制造行业相关工作经验优先考虑
2.Experience in ERP system usage, eg. SAP or Oracle
了解常用订单系统的逻辑及操作,如Oracle,SAP
3.Good communication and EQ skills, willing to learn, being dedicated, able to work under pressure, driven by result, customer focused
具备良好的情商和沟通能力,愿意学习,责任心强,具备抗压能力并以客户和结果为导向
4.Certain data analyzing and presentation skills, certain level of Microsoft Excel, Power Point usage
具备一定的数据分析和表达能力,熟练使用Excel等办公软件
5.Strong reading & written skills in English
能够熟练使用英语阅读和写作
6.Good team player, good planning skills, and high attention for details
有团队合作精神,善于做计划并关注细节
