Key Role岗位职责
负责供应链优化部门的数据分析以及重点项目管理工作；能够对供应链整体的业务模式、网络布局、流程等进行深入分析，发掘提升部门运作效率和成本节约的机会点并加以实施；了解行业的发展趋势和最新技术，为供应链数字化转型提供支持。
Responsible for data analysis and key project management of SCE; capable of conducting in-depth analysis of business model, network layout and processes of the supply chain, identify and implement opportunities to improve departmental operational efficiency and cost savings; stay informed about the development trends and latest technologies, providing support for the digital transformation of the supply chain.
Key Accountabilities主要职责
 参与Global及Region的供应链项目，提供项目进度管理和数据支持：
1）理解项目目标，通过日常沟通和协调推动项目，与供应链内部及其他相关部门保持密切合作和高效沟通；2）掌握项目进度、关键节点，在与预期偏差的时候了解原因，不断搜集新的相关信息，推动改善；
3）确保项目的顺利实施，对项目进行持续追踪和完善，对所负责的项目或项目部分结果负责。
Participate in Global and Region supply chain projects, provide project schedule management and data support:
1) Understand the project goals, promote the project through daily communication and coordination, and maintain close cooperation and efficient communication with supply chain departments and other relevant departments;
2) Master the project progress and key milestones, understand the reasons when there are deviations from expectations, continuously collect new relevant information, and promote improvements;
3) Ensure the smooth implementation of the project, continuously track and improve the project, and be responsible for the results of the projects or project parts under one's responsibility.
 负责及时准确完成供应链相关分析报表，通过数据分析的积累，对业务的深入理解，搭建和完善分析架构，如DE分析的正负影响因素框架梳理；理解物流网络布局、业务模式和流程对物流成本的长短期影响；发掘提升部门运作效率和成本节约的机会点并加以实施。
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of supply chain related analysis reports, able to understand logistics network layout, business model and process through the accumulation of data analysis, explore and implement opportunities to improve departmental operation efficiency and cost savings.
 了解学习供应链行业的发展趋势和技术工具，积极参与行业交流，并在团队中分享。定期拜访客户/供应商/第三方物流服务商，收集了解并记录相关信息。
Understand and learn the development trend and theory and technology of supply chain industry, actively participate in industry exchanges, and share in the team.
Visit customer/vendor/3PL regularly, collect and record relevant information.
Qualification 任职资格
 大学本科以上，Science and Engineering 理工科 / Business 商科 / or SCM 供应链管理 或 Logistics 物流专业优先。
 3-5年供应链相关领域经验，具有项目管理、物流网络规划、成本分析经验者更佳跨团队沟通协作交流经验，熟练运用精益生产系统和相应工具。
3-5 years supply chain related working experience. Project management, logistics network design and cost analysis background is preferred.
 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件、Python/SQL等数据分析工具，Tableu/Power BI等可视化工具
Good skill in MS office tools and python. Experience in network design, statistics and operational research software is preferred.
 良好对英语沟通能力 Good oral English Communication Ability

