职位描述
- ODM
1. 在产品或者产品线内，负责ODM/EMS外协制造的管理和改善;
2. 负责外协制造厂的品质，交付，效率，成本的日常管理和持续提升负责;
3. 明确策略，制定计划，预估风险，设计对策，控制节点，推动执行，确保项目准 时高品质输出，确保产品按时高品质交付;
4. 与相关部门合作，合理规划产能，确保产品经营，成本，柔性，供应的平衡;
5. 协调资源采购，品质，计划和研发等部门，针对特定产品或产品线，在全生命周期，对所涉及的ODM/EMS进行专项管理.
任职要求：
1. 目标感强，组织协调能力强，适应创业公司的挑战;
2. 理工科，本科及以上学历, 五年以上手机或智慧电子产品相关专案或生产管理经验;
3. 有品牌公司inhouse或外协制造管理经验，或者大型EMS/ODM公司制造和工程管理经验;
4. 有基本的英语沟通能力，有海外工作经验，有印度工作经验者优先;
5. 有较强的团队管理能力，资源协调能力和供应商管理能力.
