宠物产品/环境认证服务专家

岗位职责
1. 认证体系规划：
- 基于全球宠物行业趋势（智能用品/宠物生存空间等），规划新认证服务框架（如宠物用品耐用性/宠物用品有效性/环境人宠共生认证）；
- 整合实验室资源，设计从测试标准开发→认证流程制定→证书报告输出→市场推广落地的全链路方案；
2. 技术规范落地：
- 主导制定宠物相关产品/服务的测试技术规范，协同实验室、法规团队完成标准可行性验证；
- 针对客户需求（如宠物用品品牌、零售商）设计定制化认证组合方案，推动TÜV Mark在行业的渗透；
3. 跨部门协作：
- 联动市场部输出认证技术白皮书、行业峰会案例，提升TÜV在宠物领域的专业话语权；
- 与BD、sales团队合作挖掘企业认证需求，提供技术支持并推动项目商业化闭环。
任职要求
核心条件：
1. 行业经验：
- 3-5年宠物行业（用品、智能设备领域优先）背景，熟悉ISO、AAFCO等国际标准；
- 参与过产品测试标准制定、认证流程设计或技术方案落地者优先；
2. 专业能力：
- 能快速理解宠物产品技术参数（如材料安全性、机械稳定性、生物降解性等），具备技术文档编写能力；
- 擅长将复杂技术语言转化为客户可理解的认证价值主张；
3. 底层特质：
- 家中养宠，深刻理解养宠人群对产品和环境友好的诉求；
- 逻辑严谨，具备跨团队沟通能力。

- 持有认证审核员（如ISO/IEC 17025）、宠物营养师等资质；
- 有欧盟/北美宠物产品法规研究经验；
- 英语流利（工作语言）。

Job Responsibilities
1. Certification Framework Development:
- Design new certification frameworks (e.g., pet product durability, efficacy, or human-pet environmental coexistence) based on global industry trends (smart devices/pet living spaces, etc.).
- Develop end-to-end solutions, from test standard development → certification process design → report/certification issuance → market implementation, leveraging lab resources.
2. Technical Standard Implementation:
- Lead the creation of testing protocols for pet-related products/services, collaborating with labs and regulatory teams to validate feasibility.
- Develop tailored certification packages for clients (e.g., pet brands, retailers) to drive adoption of the TÜV Mark.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing to produce technical whitepapers and conference case studies, enhancing TÜV’s authority in pet industry.
- Support BD/Sales teams in identifying client certification needs, providing technical expertise to close commercial deals.
Qualifications
Core Requirements:
1. Industry Experience:
- 3–5 years in the pet industry (preference for pet supplies/smart devices), with familiarity of international standards (ISO, AAFCO, etc.).
- Prior involvement in test standard development, certification process design, or technical solution implementation is a plus.
2. Technical Competencies:
- Ability to interpret product parameters (e.g., material safety, mechanical stability, biodegradability) and draft technical documentation.
- Skill in translating complex technical criteria into client-friendly value propositions.
3. Personal Attributes:
- Pet ownership with deep empathy for pet owners’ demands for product/environmental safety.
- Strong analytical skills and cross-team collaboration ability.
Advantages:
