The Job
The Field Nutritionist Specialist – Monogastric is in charge of all technical matters regarding the  adjustment and improvement of complete feed, premix, powder and liquid feed additives. The Field Nutritionist Specialist – Monogastric, is expected to act aside of  commercial team visits customers in a planned manner, identifies improvement opportunities and customer demands in performance and proposes nutritional solutions through ADM portfolio products and services. The Field Nutritionist Specialist – Monogastric along with Commercial, QA, Formulation and Purchasing departments follows up and ensures product quality and performance on a regular basis. Plays active role in Research and Development and the development of new applications for new products and improvement of existing ones. S/He is integral part of other local technical team members local leadership in China, formulation team and commercial teams to collect accurate and scientific feedback from the field and shares in a quick and efficient way with formulation to adopt to market requirements.
This position reports directly to CD&D Technical Services Director China.
Location of the position is flexible in the country that this position is responsible for. 
Your Responsibilities
1.Work with Purchasing department:
· Establish specfications of raw material and options with alternative raw materials
· Establish specfication of raw material import (link with QFS for feed safety values)
· Consult and treat non-conformity raw material in practical mannerStudy usage of a new raw material, a new supplier, a new source about criteria of analysis and summary of result final. At finally, report to BU Manager for final decision.
2. Work related for Department production :
·  Exchange and propose these change of formula effected the process of production or not
·  Correct, change these new formula if we have the problem of quality ( smell, odor, dust, durability, stability of production
·  Provide guidelines and treat reworks : product non conformity, left over, returns…
· Treat old stock raw material, quality problem
·  Adjust the increasing and the decreasing of consumption of raw material temporary or replace in case of soon to be expired RM, import delayed shipments
3.Work related to Department QA- QMS :
· QA :
Enable to trace the origin and mais causes of  complain from custormers
Exchange the situation of quality of raw material on the expiry dates
Exchange the situation of quality of finish good on the production : traceability of these case when there is a problem
Exchange on quality issues and customer claims
Training and consult the utilisation of Kallix software
· QMS :
Establish the procedure concerned
Exchange, update these procedure concerned
4.Work related to Reseach and development (RD)
In connection with commercial team, in charge of new products Research and Development: create new products, looking for adapted raw materials, laboratory test
5. Software
Codify all code of raw material, finish good, rework, formula on ERP Navision
Update the new method of codification of code of our group or the new demand of all related departments.
6.Reporting
Regularly summarize the customer feeback, farm performance and market demand.
Regularly summarize the propositions shared to improve and answer customer demand connected to solid SalesForce Opportunities.
 Actively participating in quality internal / external audits.
Fulfilling other tasks instructed by Director and report to Director
Communicate, follow-up job expectations and ensure the policies and procedures implemented, maintained.
Suggest system improvements, identify and resolve problems and concerns related to premix and complete feed technical concerns.
Excellent and responsible  communication resource between technical, Purchasing, Operations, QA, and Commercial colleagues.
Follow the company rule in term of health, safety, and environment. Give awareness on safety to all the people within the team and give suggestions for the improvements of the system.
7.WORKING PROCESS
Understand clearly all procedures, rules, instructions related to technical and all connected departments.
8.AUTHORITY
Responsibilities:
Fully ensure strict confidentiality of customers’ premix formulae
Authority
Optimize the formula before the production
Ensure the construction of all specfication necessary for the purchase of raw material.
Ensure the application ADM group raw material specification when existing
Establish the data of software Kallix ( Manage and analyse the data base raw material and finish good)
Propose the actions / solutions to Formulation Director if finding or happening any potential major risks to affect adversely the quality and pricing of products
Your Profile
Physical: Qualify the health to work according to local regulations.
Knowledge:
Qualifications:
·Graduate in Animal feed technology / microbiology / chemical/ nutrition or related majors.
· Language:
· Ability to understanding, speaking, reading and writing in English and Chinese.
· Computing:
Use competently microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Experience:
· At least 05 years experiences in animal nutrition related management position.
·Prefer experience in premix, complete feed, animal health & nutrition industry
·Knowledge of legal requirements for raw materials and food animal.
