Data 'Process Specialist 数据与流程专员

岗位职责：• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (operations, finance, IT, etc.) to define and document business processes within the ABAS ERP system.
• Ensure process documentation is clear, up-to-date, and accessible for relevant users.
• Work closely with central planning and Group Management in Hong Kong as well as factory staff to align process standards and reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement new Power BI dashboards and data interfaces using SQL-based data sources.
• Gather user feedback to maintain, optimize, and enhance Power BI solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Support ERP system administration, including user access, data integrity, and troubleshooting process-related issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users regarding process documentation and data visualization tools.
任职要求：• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP system administration, preferably ABAS or similar platforms.
• Strong background in business process documentation and definition.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
