1、负责制定项目计划:根据项目目标和需求,制定详细的项目实施计划,包括项目进度、资源分配、预算安排等,确保项目按计划有序推进; 2、负责跟踪项目进kanzhun度:定期收集项目信息和数据,对项目的进展情况进行跟踪和监控,及时发现项目中的问题和风险,并采取相应的措施进行调整和解决,保证项目按时完成; 3、负责组织项目验收:协调客户、相关方等进行项目的验收工作,确保项目顺利通过验收; 4、负责客户需求管理:协助客户经理维护客户关系,与客户保持密切的沟通,及时了解客户的需求和期望,将客户的需求准确地传达给项目团队,确保项目的实施方向与客户的要求一致,保障客户满意度; 5、负责项目团队管理:加强团队成员之间的沟通和协作,营造良好的团队氛围,提高团队的工作效率和凝聚力,共同完成项目目标; 6、负责解决项目问题:及时发现和解决项目中出现的各种问题,如技术问题、质量问题、管来自BOSS直聘理问题等,确保项目的顺利进行; 7、售前支撑:协助咨询、客户经理对项目的投标方案及合同提供建议,识别交付风险和问题; 8、知识传承与BOSS直聘分享:对项目实施过程中的经验和教训进行总结和提炼,形成知识库,为公司的其他项目提供参考和借鉴,促进公司整体项目管理水平的提升; 职位要求: 1、全日制本科及以上学历,计算机、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业,具有信息系统项目管理师或PMP证书等相关认证者优先。 2、具有6年以上项目管理相关工作经验,具有智慧城市、智慧文旅、智慧教育、智慧园区、云计算、大数据等项目交付经验,交付单个交付项目合同规模不低于1000万。 3、熟练掌握项目管理流程和方法,能够制定项目计划、预算、进度安排,并进行有效的成本控制和质量管理。 4、能够识别和评估项目中的风险,并制定相应的应对措施,确保项目kanzhun顺利进行。 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协调,解决项目中出现的问题。 6、能够承受较大的工作压力,保证项目的顺利推进和按时交付。 7、具备良好的团队合作精神,能够与团队成员密切配合,共同完成项目目标。 8、具有良好的责任心和敬业精神,对项目的质量、进度和客户满意度负责。 9、具备政府EPC项目交付经验优先考虑。 10、能够接受一定程度的出差,以便更好地协调项目现场的工作。

Key Qualifications: · A minimum of 8-10 years ops experience, preferably in a high tech or computer-related industry. · Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices. · Experience with high volume, consumer electronic manufacturing technologies (preferred) in the areas of design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply and quality management. · Experience in managing capital equipment through its entire asset lifecycle. · Track record of achieving significant results on complex projects in a often ambiguous and always fast changing environment. · Demonstrated leadership in driving solutions to challenges. · Incredible drive, motivation, and energy to complete any challenge given · Strong analytical capabilities coupled with good business savvy. · Exceptional communication skills (in both Mandarin Chinese & English) - verbal, written and executive presentations. · Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization to resolve conflict and drive consensus. · Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution. · Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details. · Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge in the absence of leadership. Description: 1. Lead the operational side of development builds during new product introductions for any assigned products. Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives. 2. Lead Apple team's new product introduction efforts during ramp within the Operations sphere. Specific goals include team leadership in driving issue resolution, supply chain design, schedule, cost, quality, availability and order cycle time goals. 3. Engage with OEM manufacturing partners to develop, ramp, and introduce products. Develop rapport with partners and detailed knowledge of "how the factory works," its capabilities and limitations. 4. Lead matrix team members from across all functionsboss in Asia within Operations to develop new product plans. Typical functions include WW Planning, Global Supply Managers, Technical Program Manager, Quality, Supplier Quality Engineer, Test Engineer, Design For Manufacturing. 5. Represent operationkanzhuns with the product design teams. Use production expertise to influence and negotiate for DFX, supply chain, testability and product features. 6. Identify, marshal and organize resources (Apple Staff, OEM Staff, Contractors, etc) to meet required goals. 7. Communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders, including team members and executives within Apple and OEMs. Synthesize a multit直聘ude of issues into a clear, concise and focused message. Present with confidence and brevity. 8. Manage and lead CAPEX (Capital Expense) activities with OEM manufacturing partners. Drive OEM to maintain high traceability of Apple’s assets, execute efficiency in equipment repair process to minimize downtime, spares and repair TAT as well as capital equipment transfers across sites. Review and approve capital equipment consumable spend by OEM. 9. Always push the leading edge of innovation and excellence in Apple products and prkanzhunogram management practices. 10. Support coverage in other products in the region. Travel to another location on other products on an as-needed basis to drive issue resolution and/or support build/ramp activities. Education: 1. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree. An MBA or MS is preferred. 2. A combination of both formal education and experience in Engineering and business is highly desirable. Equivalent experience is acceptable. 2. Proficiency in using Keynote, Numbers, Microsoft Project or Excel is a plus. Additional Requirements: 1. Experiences 3+ years and above in Product/Program Management and manufacturing/supply chain operation experiences. 2. Have an aptitude for acquiring skills Pleasant personality, passion for taking on new challenges and able to work under pressure. 3. Have strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships to influence cross-functional teams.
