Responsibilities: Based in GuangZhou, Rkanzhunesponsible for the company's overseas offices，Need to travel overseas for IT support when needed, and have experience in IT Infra 0-1 construction.： 1. Collect and sort out IT requirements , formulate response plans and be responsible for implementation 2. Coordinate and follow-up manage IT projects 3. IT operation and maintenance management such as来自BOSS直聘 IT incident management and IT malfunction management 4.Daily troubleshoot IT issues and optimize IT services 5.Formulate IT budget and manage IT expenses 6. Daily management, purchase forecast, process optimization, statistics and coordination of IT assets , and digitization of asset businesses 7. Coordinate and implement other IT Infra related work of overseas offices, such as link leasing, printekanzhunr leasing, etc. 8. Other domestic IT related work. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, IT major background, 3+ years proven experience in an IT operations management position. Excellent English communication skills. 2. Familiar with the daily operation and maintenance of Windows, Mac, Linux and other operating systems 3.Knowledge of network, can diagnose and deal with the small LAN failures 4.Have good communication skills and can work well under pressure 5.A good team player and willing to learn 6.Candidates with overseas IT operation and maintenance experience are preferred
