Staff, Software Engineering (MemberAuth) Job Overview We are a leading e-commerce company specializing in providing innovative solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated staff Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a staff Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our member system, ensuring secure customer authentication and authorization processes. The candidate will build optimal authentication and authorization solution to increase user acquisition and gain more customers. Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable member system to facilitate customer authentication and authorization. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define system specifications for the member system. 3. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including user registration, login, and access control. 4. Build user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms. 5. Perform system testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or vulnerabilities. 6. Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies for enhanced scalability and efficiency. 7. Develop and apply a set of methodologies for high availability in distributed systems, ensuring the system operates reliably under various conditions. 直聘8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to authentication and authorization systems and distributed systems. 9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers as needed. Basic Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Proven experience of at least 5 years in software development, with a focus on building secure and scalable systems, including member systems. 3. Strong 直聘proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, with experience in web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, or Ruby on Rails). 4. Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra 5. Solid understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices. 6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate combossplex technical concepts. 7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. 8. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing methodologies for high availability in distributed systems. Preferred Qualifications 1. In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, such as OAuth, SAML, and JWT. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
