Experience: 3+ years in education and 3+ years creating curriculum What You来自BOSS直聘’ll Do    •   Write and design high-quality curriculum aligned with Chinese National Standards, Common Core, CEFR, and WIDA.    •   Use best practices like UBD, the 5E Model, Gradual Release of Responsibility, and IPA to craft engaging learning experiences.    •   Build complete curriculum packages: lesson plans, assessments, teacher guides, multimedia presentations — and make them beautiful with PowerPoint design skills.    •   Collaborate across cultures with teammates: writers, designers, teachers, editors, and project managers.    •   Manage projects proactively — stay organized, hit deadlines, communicate openly.   Take feedback seriously — and improve fast.    •   Harness cutting-edge AI tools (Deep Seek, Gemini, ChatGPT, Magic School, Grammarly) and communication apps (DingTalk, Circles, Zoom, DingDocs) to work efficiently.    •   Think critically, solve problems creatively, and maintain a high bar for your own work. What You’ll Need to Succeed    •   Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (especially in Education).    •   Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written) and fluent Chinese.    •   Legal eligibility to work ibossn China.    •   At least 3 years of classroom teaching experience.    •   At least 3 years of experience creating educational content or curriculum.    •   Strong understanding of curriculum design frameworks (UBD, 5E, Gradual Release, IPA) and learning standards.    •   Advanced PowerPoint skills — y来自BOSS直聘ou’ll need to make curriculum look and feel professional.    Comfort working with multiple AI tools and communication platforms.    •   Excellent communication, organization, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.    •   Fast learner with a positive attitude, resilience, and a drive to do great work.
