Responsibilities: 1. Work with clients to understand project background and key challenges. 2. Create and execute project work plans 3. Document, assess and manage project related tasks, risks and issues. 4. Facilitate regular meetingsboss to review progress, milestones and goals with stakeholders. 5. Negotiate and manage customer expectations. 6. Establish and manage an effective team to deliver project results with high quality and high customer satisfaction. 7. Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects. 8. Liaise with tebossams and subject matter experts from global regions. 9. Work with virtual teams and clients across geographies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science or equivalent. 2. 10+ years of work experience in software. 3. 5+ years of project management experience. 4. Nice to have skills and experience in software development technologies, e.g. web development, mobile app development etc. 5. Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP); preferably with PMI/PMP certification. 6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to negotiate and inflkanzhunuence. 8. Prior experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.
