Qualifications · Education: Advanced degree (PhD/MS) in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Chemistry, Biologbossy, or related field. ·直聘 Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML roles, preferably in pharma/life sciences. Proven track record in drug discovery (e.g., generative chemistry, bioinformatics). · Technical Skills: · Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). · Familiarity with cheminformatics tools (e.g., RDKit, Schrödinger) andkanzhun clinical/commercial data systems. · Domain Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, clinical trial phases, and commercialization processes. 职位描述: 1. 参与大语言模型（LLM）的训练、优化和稳定性提升，优化训练流程并提高训练效率。 2. 负责开源 LLM 的二次开发与调优，包括预训练、指令微调（Instruction Tuning）、强化学习（RLHF）等。 3. 研究并应用 RAG（检索增强生成）、智能 Agent 以及 Prompt 工程等技术，提升模型的理解与推理能力。 4. 结合 LangChain 等工具，整合 LLM 与其他 AI 模型，BOSS直聘解决多模态任务问题。 5. 推动大模型在安全领域的落地应用，包括但不限于搜索对话、日志解析、事件分析等。 6. 研kanzhun究 LLM 相关的内容安全与 AIGC 安全技术，助力相关安全产品的开发和优化。 7. 关注 LLM 领域的前沿技术发展，并推动业务创新和性能优化。 任职要求: 1. 计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学等相关领域硕士及以上学历，具备 LLM 相kanzhun关研究背景者优先。 2. 具备 2-5 年 NLP 及深度学习相关经验，熟悉 Transformer 架构，具备大模型训练与优化实践经验。 3. 熟练掌握深度学习框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch），并具备 大规模分布式训练（单机多卡、多机多卡）经验。 4. 具备 大规模语料构建、数据预处理、模型微调、推理优化 相关经验，熟悉主流开源 LLM（如 LLaMA、GPT 系列等）。 5. 具备 Prompt 设计、RAG、智能 Agent、强化学习等相关经验，能够根据业务需求进行模型优化与定制化开发。 6. 熟悉 知识图谱、语义理解、信息检索 等领域，并能结合大模型进行应用优化。 加分项: 1. 了解网络安全，对安全攻防、威胁检测、日志分析等领域有相关经验者优先。 2. 具备 AIGC 安全、对抗样本研究、内容安全 相关经验，能够优化大模型的可控性和安全性。 3. 有在 大模型领域发表论文或参与开源项目 经验者优先。 4. 具备 云计算、大规模分布式系统 相关经验，能够优化 LLM 在云端或本地的高效部署和推理。
