L2 App Support for Porsche One Sales Application, including the scope below: • Team management, management and coaching the L2 team, responsible for the SLA fulfillment and continuous improvement of the L2 service • Issue analysis, Troubleshooting and Solution provide. • Application Configuration • Application Data Operation, Inquiry & Export if necessary • Alignment with Business Process • Ensure opeBOSS直聘ration service quality and SLA target • Communicate with the end user (PCN Dealers) and ensure the problem resolution • Akanzhunnalyze and coordinate the resolution of interfaces with Porsche group systems • Escalate the product related issues to L3 Product Dev Support • Ensure the fulfillment of ITIL process and record in PCN ITSM tool, generate the Service report • Provide FAQ to L1 team regularly • Meeting slides preparation and presentation if necessary • Other works arranged by Manager Technical Qualification: · Hands on experience in database operation like MySQL is a must · Hands on experience in application support and analysis is a must · Excellent written and oral English is a must, this p直聘osition requires communication with German teams. · Deep knowledge of the OEM core application & processes, including Ordering, CRM, Quotation … · Auto industry experience and understanding of dealer sales process is a strong plus · Understanding Kibana, Admin console, experience with operation of application on sound cloud platform, e.g. AWS, Azure · At least 5 years relevant experience
