NEA DMI Outdoor is a team full of passion and energy in sports and business, we are looking for a Winter sports product manager to accelerate the winter sports market share growth and to promote the winter sports eBOSS直聘xperience. We are looking for A winter sports lover,passionate especially for snowboarding sports, who shows: -Deep insights on the North Asia Ski/snowboarding market and product -User centric mindset with pragmatic actions -Strong Project management skills and functional management experience -Conviction on actions and motivated communication skills, ability to exchange with various partners and different stakes -English is a must, Chinese is plus -Experienced on offer domain with knowledge of winter sports product and apparel / protection (hard acc) process. Responsibilities: 1)Define the needs of market and build the best offer to satisfy the omni channel consumers -Deep study of the needs of North Asia market, co build the offer strategies -Build the winter sports Offer poster for North Asia link to the sports strategy, lead the global snowboarding offer poster with basecamp team -Measure the performance of the offer -Well articulate my offer to other functions(Commercial, Supply, Communication, Sales channel…) 2)Develop the China driving worldwide SNB product and China loca来自BOSS直聘l specific product to improve the winter sports experience -Lead the development of SNB offer with Basecamp team, involving users through the clear build up of user journey, observation, interview, test etc. -Improve and co-develop the other winter sports offer with local specific needs -Smart translation of user needs to product with clear product brief -Reliable and qualitative product knowleBOSS直聘dge and information -Ensure the development excellence, satisfy the customer expectations -Lead the development project efficiently and effectively -Respect the promise of Eco-design
