Work Location: Lanzhou、Xining Job Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues. - Supervise and participate in the installation, commissioning, operation, and maBOSS直聘intenance of production systems and filling systems, ensuring on-site operations adhere to established procedures. - Diagnose and assess hardware and software faults in production and filling systems using diagnostic tools and customer feedback. - Attend training sessions organized by the company and customers to stay updated on the latest equipment and process technologies. - Provibossde training and guidance to on-site personnel in system operation and process technologies. **Requirements:** - ProfiBOSS直聘ciency in English reading and writing to meet job requirements; basic spoken English communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Control, or related fields. - At least three years of on-site work experience in mechanical, chemical, or control system-related fields. - Ability to independently and efficiently complete daily tasks. - Strong communica直聘tion and on-sbossite service skills.
