Senior System Engineer As a member of our IT/Infrastructure team in Shanghai, you will be responsible for providing technical support related to develop, design, build, tune, and operate our systems of Wish China offices, and assist with other oversea offices/sites operations. The ideal candidate possekanzhunsses excellent troubleshooting skills for isolating problems and determining/implementing solutions, as well as a desire to implement and optimize healthy and stable infrastructure to support the company's rapid changes. What You’ll Do Plan, research and implement new cloud/hardware/software solutions in both local and remote regions, offices, and data centers Take ownership of monitoring and maintenance for critical IT infrastructure, including upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting Develop custom solutions, automation, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability Parkanzhunticipate in high level technical discussions and decisions with internal teams andBOSS直聘 external vendors Identify business challenges and develop actionable solutions with a focus on security and business continuity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. 5+ years of direct professional experience as a System Engineer supporting medium to large scale enterprise multinational companies 3+ years of experience with implementing and supporting enterprise technologies, including: Active Directory, Azure AD, Virtualization (VMWare), MDM, SAN, SSO, MFA, VPN, NAS, ITSM 2+ years of experience deploying, maintaining and administering cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), taking advantage of IaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings as appropriate Excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and independently, focusing on sharing knowledge vs. gatekeeping Security-conscious, with experience addressing compliance-related needs Proven track reco来自BOSS直聘rd to identify, research, and implement new technologies that can help deliver on business needs Proficiency in testing, processing, and automating in a collaborative manner Experience managing a variety of OS's (Mac, Windows, Linux) Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity Fast learner, detail-oriented and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
