senior electrical engineer shall own the core technical responsibility for electrical subsystem creation and maintenance to meet business needs including time, cost, quality, and productivity. This role needs to lead the new technology exploration, the platform concept definition, the detail design, and verification. Essential Responsibilities • Designing the hardware and firmware for the medical system including: - FPGA development: FW architecture, VHDL/Verilog programming, timing/control sequence analysis, simulation - Analog/Digital circuits design and coding: Embedded FPGA, DSP, ARM, CPU and Peripheral selection, AD/DA, high speed, high precision OPA, schematic design, PCB layout, programming, debugging and verification. • Engage in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, documentationboss, design, prototype, test, supplier cooperation, manufacturing and service support. • Lead technical design review for concept solution, detail design and evaluation result with global team. • Perform electrical submodule integration with system, verificbossation, FMEA, reliability, manufacturability and serviceability analysis. • Keep track on new technology, methodology and design tool 来自BOSS直聘for innovative product solution. • Coach junior engineer as a fully proficient technical expert in subject matter area. . Qualifications/Requirements • BS or above in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering or equivalent experience. • 5 years engineering experience in medical device, automation, or instrumentation. • Strong design capabilities in any of the following: FPGA (VHDL/Verilog), circuit boards design, high speed digital design and mixed signal design, embedded system hardware design. • Skillful on electrical design and来自BOSS直聘 simulation tools like Cadence, Quartus, ModelSim, etc. Desired Characteristics Desired Chara直聘cteristics • Master’s degree in Electronics or automatic control preferred. • Interventional product or large medical device or robot automatic control design experience preferred. • Customer orientation, self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly. • Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. • Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets. • Effective oral and written communication skills, global project experience will be plus. • Demonstrated technical leadership capability in integration activities. • Fluent English communication.
