We are seeking a highly skilled Informatio直聘n Technology Specialist to join our team in 来自BOSS直聘China. The primary responsibility of this role is to support factory users in China and sales offices across the Asia region, including Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, and Seoul, with SAP solutions and various business process applications. bossThis position will act as a crucial bridge between regional users and the global IT team, BOSS直聘ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving. Proficiency in English is essential for this role. • Lead technology-related engagements with business heads, partners, and suppliers. • Ensure IT policies, governance, and processes are up-to-date and regularly revised. • Maintain high internakanzhunl customer and employee satisfaction with IT activities. • Manage IT project portfolios, ensuring timely and quality execution within scope and budget. • Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient application projects, enhancements, and service requests. • Analyze business issues and requirements to propose balanced solutions. • Review and approve functional specifications and technical designs. • Manage and control implementation changes without disrupting existing functionality. • Evaluate emerging technologies for business value. • Drive technology innovation and development with proof-of-concept projects. • Provide top management with investment recommendations based on current and future business needs. Requirement: 3+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate enviro Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes and e-commerce. • Excellent knowledge of technology and FMCG business process (Sales, Logistics, Finance) • Knowledge of SAP Solutions (Business One, ECC, S4/Hana, Success Factors) • Knowledge of e-commerce landscape • Customer Centricity mindset • Balance Stakeholders • Ability to work remotely and within different time zones and employees’ locations.
