*CommercialSystem Admin & Business Operation: play the role as system admin and BTSpoint of contact of regular system business operation kanzhunwork, including but not limited to: useraccess management, system configuration, business user training & functional assistant,certi直聘ficate renew, system monthly report, etc. * BTS Compliance & Audit process: collabrate with global and affiliate BTS teams on completingBTS compliance and audit tasks on time and on quality to fully meet company BTS standards andrequirements. Proactively lead IT compliance assignements and work out improvements ifneeded. * Project Management Assistant: faciliate and coordinate BTS project management tasksincluding but not limited to SLC deliverables, ADCT, SET, TPSE, SAC/SAR, DAST, ensuring timelydelivery to project timeline and bkanzhunudget. * BTS project & department routine: take responsibility on BTS owned contract, PO, payment,and other application process, work as the BTS point of contact onBOSS直聘 company routine work withGM office, Finance, HR, OEC, etc. functions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, orrelated field. Master's degree or 985/211 university graduate is a plus * Proven at least 3-4 years experience in lT project/system operation management, preferably inMNC Healthcare companies. * Strong knowledge on mainstream IT technology framework such as java, SQL, Networksecurity, etc. * Excellent softskils on leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectivelywith diverse teams and stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business values* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* PMP, PMl-ACP, ITlL or other IT management certification is a plus.
