一、工作内容 1.负责公司智能清洁业务线下产品的管理工作; 2.理解公司的战略与业务规划,制定清洁品类的产品路线图,基于对市场、用户、竟品的分析,形成产品需求文档(BRD/MRD/PRD)直聘并主导推动产品开发立项; 3.与市场用户研究团队合作,深入理解提升用户体验的机会点,定义产品解决方案; 4.与项日团队(项日管理,产品营销、研发与工业设计、制造与采购、品质管理及 ODM/OEMBOSS直聘供应商)协作,深度参与到端到端(从产品概念批准到量产)的新品开发过程中,确保产品成功量产铺货,最终量产产品符合最初确定的产品需求定义; 5.与销售和市场团队协作,共同讨论确定产品营销策略与产品上市计划。为销售和市场营销提供支持; 6.监控分析产品市场表现与用户之声,提出并动落实产品生命周期管理决策,确保产品的商业成功:7.协助上级推动公司产品管理流程的不断boss优化。 二、任职资格 1.自主品牌或自主研发、定位中高端的家电、消费电子行业从业经验,了解产品开发标准流程与理念; 2.有较强的项目管理能力,有kanzhun外部先进供应商合作技术、产品开发经验者优先,在原有行业排名前三公司或者分市场隐形冠军工作经验者优先,有海外市场产品管理工作经验者优先。

Fulfill the product gap with ODM/buys products from suppliers. Collect market information and future tendency. Initial local new product development proposal or transfer products from group. Coordination of development and market implementation of new products. Product portfolio (SPI and FPI) and life management. 1. Collect information from sales/distributors/end users etc., propose future product strategy for local market with necessary information such as market information of commercial refrigeration industrial, cbossompetitor information. 2. Work with local and AP sales to identify local specific needs of one store solution in Asia climate, propose self-development and transfer projects, lead finding ODM/buy products to fill the products gap. 3. Lead developing ODM suppliers for one-stop solution if not necessary to do AHT self-development, responsible for alignment, specification. 4. Product portfolio (SPI and FPI) and life management of future and existing products. 5. Lead product market implementation / launch of new products and 来自BOSS直聘phase out of old products. 6. Exchange information with HQ, learn HQ’s one-stop solution especially the heat recovery and control/monitoring system and identify the local specific needs. 7. Support on development of standard solutions for SPI waste heat rejection and heat recovery systems,直聘 test/optimize system efficiency/function to fulfill local needs. 1. Completed studies (technical university/technical college) in the business or field of refrigeration technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering. 2. Several years of experience - at least 来自BOSS直聘five years - product management of similar industrial like AHT, must have refrigeration industrial experience. 3. Knowledge of product planning / portfolio management. 4. Knowledge of product launching to market. 5. Experience and skill in Project Management leading cross-debosspartmental teams, prefer ODM supplier management experience. 6. Nice to have experience in integrated refrigeration systems, heat recovery, heat rejection, building management systems, energy management systems. 7. Nice to have basic knowledge in fluid dynamics and heat transfer technologies. 8. Nice to have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in cooling systems. 9. Nice to have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in plant engineering. 10. Ability and willingness to specify technical requirements correctly and accurately. 11. Ability and willingness to work in a solution- and goal-oriented manner. 12. Ability to work in a team and to communicate by consensus. 13. Excellent business acumen. 14. Very good English (especially in the technical field).
