Job Description: 1. Completed DFM report for new casting or plastic parts. 2. Completed tooling concept design, including runner system, parting line, slider layout, cooling system etc. 3. Completed moldflow analysis and report. 4. Lead supplier TR, including tooling design and machining process review. 直聘5. Support supplier tooling trail, defects anbossalysis and optimization. 6. Lead new materials and new processes R&D etc. Job Requirements: 1. Major in material forming or tooling design, prefer to full time 985/211 bachelor’s degree at least. 2. Prefer to 3-5 years’ experience in die casting tooling or injection tooling design, if machining fixture design experience is plus. 3. Good command of design and moldfow software, especially Creo, Flow 3D Cast or Moldex3D is preferred. 4. Fluent in listening BOSS直聘and speaking English, good communication and logical thinking is preferred. 5. Good sense of responsibility, executive ability, and teamwork spirit. 6. Preferably 25-35 years old and willing to work in Changsha or Shanghai for a long time.
