Job description职位描述: • 结合公司涉及不同行业的情况,对现有产品分析并给出产品升级或整合方案 Analize current product portfolio then work out the upgrading and integration solution based on the current situation of different industries which company has stepped or would like to step in. • 制定未来3-5年新产品发展路线及产品策略(行业boss市场调研与分析,潜在客户,潜在销售体量,产品可行性,价格水平,竞争对手,投资回报率) Developing the road map and strategy for new products in next 3 to 5 years. (investigation and analysis of industry, potential customers, potential sales volume, product feasibility, price level, competitors, ROI) • 分析行业走向及行业内主要潜在客户的技术趋势 Analysis of the trend of industries and the technology直聘 trend of major potential customers. • 制定新产品市场推广计划和具体实施方案 Developing the market promotion plan for new products and carry out the solution • 产品成本核算,售价管理及利润增长管理 Evaluation of product cost, sales price and profit increasing management • 协助管理层制定公司销售策略与目标 Asist the management team to generate sales strategies and targets for company • 产品培训(公司员工,经销商,客户) Provide the product training for colleagues, distributors and customers • 与销售或经销商一起拜访行业客户,向客户推广公司产品,根据客户要求制定解决方案 Visit customers together with sales or distributors and introduce our products to customers, meanwhile provide the solution according to customer requirements • 对销售,BDM提供必要的技术支持 Ensure the necessary technical support will be carried out for sales and BDM team • 制定品牌及产品市场推广计划 Developing the promotion plan for company br直聘and and products • 通过网络/数字/多媒体/行业网络研讨会/微信公众号等电子平台,增加品牌的曝光度 Increasing b直聘rand visibility via internet/digital platforms/multimedia/webinar/ Wechat and other platforms. • 结合公司文化特点设计并完成产品样册和宣传资料 Design, finalize and complete the product brochure and publicity documents based on company culture • 参加主要行业展会,信息交流会,并推介公司产品及品牌 Participate major industrial exhibition, information exchange conference and promote company product and brand Requirement要求: • At least 3 years relative working experience in connector segment. 至少3年在连接器领域的相关工作经验 • Bachelor’s degree with major in electronics or mechatronical engineering field. 本科,电子或者机械电子工程相关专业 • Open minded, outgoing and honest personality. 思维活跃,性格外向并且诚实守信 • Familiar with design-in and purchasing processes of original equipment manufacture in connector market. 熟悉连接器行业,设备制造原厂的设计导入流程和采购流程 • Have broad knowledge and understanding with segments like railway, automation, medical, agriculture, machine manufacture. 在诸如轨道交通设备,自动化设备,医疗设备,农业机械等领域,拥有广泛的知识和理解 • Hands-on, highly self-motivated, team player. 具有实操能力,高度自驱力boss,团队合作能力 • Willing to travel and spend time with customers for business. 能够根据公司业务需求自我安排出差 • Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 专业性包括良好的口头和书面沟通能力和演讲能力 • Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PPT 熟练使用电脑各项技能,熟练使用微软Word, Excel和PPT等工具 • Skilled English reading and writing, skilled oral English will be a plus. 英语要能熟练的读写和口头表达
