ABOUT THE POSITION As a Freelance Online English Teacher at EF Education First, you will be teaching English through our EF Online Classroom, which allows students to study English from all corners of China. Teachers in this position play 直聘a key role in our mission, ‘Opening the world through education’. Our teachers begin by delivering group lessons of up to 10 students, with an opportunity to be trained on private one来自BOSS直聘-to-one lessons. In addition, our teachers also deliver high quality written feedback to our students. Freelance Online Teachers enjoy a high degree of flexibility in their role, teaching from the comfort of their homes with a wide range of class times available. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES v Delivering group lessons and private lessons to students through our online learning platform v Using electronic media and EF-developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively v Evaluating student progress and providing on-going guidance for improvement v Providing high-quality feedback on students’ written submissions REQUIREMENTS v High level of English proficiency v Related teaching certificate is required(TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) v Personal desktop or laptop CPU: Must be at least i5 Processor AND 10th Generation or better or Ryzen 36boss00 or above.BOSS直聘 No Macs at this time.
