工作职责: 核心职责 1. Manage the system team daily operation and team culture and competence building 2. Lead the feasibilibossy study for each new project 3. Lead the path finding activity for eSSD product line 4. Lead the team to deliver innovative solution to solve the most criticial features for enterprise product. 任职资格: 任职资格 1. Master in E2E storag来自BOSS直聘e industry, include protocols, FTL and NAND. 2. Master in SSD performance tuning and QoS tuning, Power Management, PLP, etc 3. Working experience with one or more SSD ckanzhunontroller. 4. Master in C/C++ embedded system development 5. Experienced in ARM CPU debug and tool chain 6. Understand the basic NAND operation concept and typical NAND reliability issue and solution 7. Understand the Agile firmware development proess, understand the produce development process and quality assurance process 8. Experienced in Linux driver直聘 development
