Overview To enhance Global-corporate application team (HR), we are aiming to expand Global-hea来自BOSS直聘dquarter function. Description ・To lead business improvement and deployment of system 来自BOSS直聘change in the HR area. Improve processes to avoid recurring issues, and stabilize support needs ・As member of global IT team，analyze and enhance system to realize requirement from HR team ・Coordinate with business and vender to ensure projects can be completed on time and reach goals 任职资格 Language MUST：Fluency in spoken/written English（CET6 / TOEIC 800 or above） Experience Must ・ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. ・ At least 5+ years' work experience, 3+ years’ system maintenance, implementation experience ・ Experience in IT solution for HR area ・ 1-3 years of foreign enterprise or global team working experience Preferred ・ Have PMP, Prince2 and other project management certification ・ Experience in BPR (Business Process Reengineering) activities for HR area ・ HR core system experience for configuration, report creation, integration development, inckanzhunlude but not limited to below systems: ⮚ SAP HCM, Success Factor EC Pay ⮚ Workday HCM, Recruiting, Learning modules ⮚ SAP Workforce or okanzhunther T&A systems
