Continuously improve the efficiency, reduce the wastage and lower来自BOSS直聘 the cost. • 与维修和模具团队紧密配合，必要时提供改进建议。 对所负责的工艺过程和生产线解决问题。 持续改进效率，减少报废和降低成本。 Role Profile: 岗位职责: • Quick response and solve different kinds of problems under well cooperation with tooling and maintenance team. • 与模具、维修紧密配合，快速解决生产过程中的各种问题 • Setup and maintain the standard process files such as PPS, WI etc. Promote standardization for production. Ensure the process documents system are well running. • 建立并维护工艺标准文件（PPS，WI etc.），推行标准化来自BOSS直聘生产，确保工艺文件记录体系完整 • Enhance the OEE level by systematically loss analysing. • 运用OEE损失分析，系统性的提高OEE水平 • Lead new products prototype building and trial run, setup standard process, result analysis and make improvement plan if not meet the requirement. Ensure the process and product are stable and get fully approved before SOP. • 主导新产品样品建造和试生产，建立标准工艺，样品结果分析以及制定改善方案，确保新产品稳定快速的进入量产阶段 • Fully communication with quality team, proceed the quality issues. Support to make improvement plan once get complaint from customer. • 与质量团队紧密沟通，处理过程中的质量问题，针对客户投诉协助分析并制定改进措施 • Support cost out projects with data collection and professional analysis to speed up trouble shooting and procure the benefit as early as possible. • 协助推动低成本项目的开展，通过数据、信息的搜集分析，为项目开展提供有效的建议和改进方案 • Organize a dedicated team for special topics, lead and follow the schedule to ensure the problems are solved and performance are consolidated. • 针对复杂问题建立改进团队，主导并跟进工作进度，确保问题解决并得到巩固 • Understands Health and Safety matters that relate to this role and ensures daily activities fully comply with all Health & Safety legislation, regulations and policies • 理解本职位相关的健康与安全事项，确保日常行为符合健康与安全法律，法规，政策 Experience & Qualificatiokanzhunns: 任职资格： • of experience in production/process in injection area • 从事注塑行业生产或者工艺的经验 • Familiar with injection moulding process, good knowledge of characteristics of different plastics or mechanics techniques • 熟悉注塑工艺，了解不同塑料的特性，或机械知识 • Good problem solving ability on production line • 具备较强的解决现场问题的能力 • Familiar with methodology of data statistic，analysis ability and decision making based on the data result • 熟悉数据收集、统计的方法，能基于数据做有效的分析和决策 • Stro直聘ng team work sprits and communiBOSS直聘cation skills • 较强的团队合作和沟通能力 • Can communication with English, both in written and oral English • 具备英语沟通的能力 • Familiar with quality tools and can apply in daily job. 5.自我驱动型性格，工作态度端正，责任心强。
