OVERVIEW OF ROLE As a Senior Research Executive, you are on a team responsible for the execution of full-scale custom market research studies for multiple client accounts. This includes being a part of the team that is responding to and preparing proposals, consulting on study and questionnaire design and developing issue-focused analyses through regular and ad hoc reporting and/or presentations. You will contribute to client satisfaction by utilizing your knowledge of Kantar philosophies and your clients' business/industry to help your team anticipate needs and offer pro-active, viable solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CLIENT LEADERSHIP Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services. Acts with customers in mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains trust and respect  Supports and upholds Trusted Advisor principles through the anticipation of needs while building nurturing relationships with clients, with supervision from seniors  Pro-actively supports actions against clients’ central business issues through consultation, industry kanzhunknowledge, and analytics  Liaises with clients and complete most client requests and ensur来自BOSS直聘es client research needs are met by providing informative insights & actionable business recommendations with minimal supervision from senior colleagues  Coordinates with internal departments: Project Management, Data Processing, Charting, Finance, Admin and ensures smooth execution of projects based on job plan and on-time, in-full deliveries with accuracy of information on all tasks  Leads first drafts of analyses and write most commentaries on standard client deliverables and follow-ups following Kantar guidelines of reporting  Starts to deliver presentations to clients, with supervision from senior colleagues KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PEOPLE LEADERSHIP Provides current, direct, complete, and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others. Contribute to the Goldstar Project Leadership process: Discover, Design, Develop, Deliver. 2. Discover - Develops and supports analytical plan of action to address clients’ central business questionbosss 3. Design - identify the most effective way to answer the client's business questions 4. Develop - Explore the most important insights/hypothesis that will guide the client's decision 5. Deliver- identify the success factors that can be applied consistentlyboss to ensure we deliver meaningful work that has maximum impact.  Supports the team towards providing clients value added consulting; looking at trends across projects; integrating Kantar learning, POV’s and other information sources to help clients grow stronger brands in China KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BUSINESS LEADERSHIP Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully. Is constantly and consistently one of the top performers. Very bottom-line oriented.
