Job Description Be responsible for technical knowledge platform management, especially system account management and data tracking & analysis. Technical training courses arrangement, that include training sign-in, examination score analysis, satisfaction survey, and communication with suppliers and trainers. Technical engineers annual refresh training and certification arrangement. Engineers’ knowledge contest support, that include schedule and scores summary & analysis. Award of trainings and knowledge contest. Channel primary training support, that include info直聘kanzhunrmation collection, training notification, examination announcement, internship communication and making work card for engineers. Channel trainings summary and data tracking. Global service systems and tools testing BOSS直聘and operation report tracking. Support process automation and system operation related projects. Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in Computer Science, Engineering, Service Management, Knowledge management etc. （ 计算机科学与技术、网络工程、数据科学与大数据技术、知识管理，服务管理等专业 ） Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, proactive and team player. Fluent oral & written English, have passed CET-6 or above.
