我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的AI项目经理,负责领导和管理大型AI项目(大模型交付和传统机器学习、深度学习算法模型),特kanzhunboss别是涉及大规模模型的开发和部署。候选人需具备深厚的AI理论基础,并有过成功的项目管理经验,能够确保项目从启动到交付的每个阶段都顺利进行。 岗位要求: 1.教育背景: 计来自BOSS直聘算机科学、人工智能、软件工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历。 2.工作经验: 1)拥有至少5年的工作经验,其中至少3年在AI领域的工作来自BOSS直聘经验。 2)具备大型AI项目管理的经验,能够独立负责项目的端到端交付,有大模型交付经验优先。 3. 技术能力: 1)具备扎实的AI理论基础,包括机器学习、深度学习、大模型等相关知识。 2)熟悉大规模AI模型,如Transformer、GPT等,并了解其应用场景和挑战。 3)对AI技术的最新发展趋势保持关注,并能够将其应用于实际项目中。 4.项目管理技能: 1)能够制定和执行项目计划,确保项目按时、按预算、按质量完成。 2)具备优秀的问题解决能力,能够识别和应对项目风险。 3)熟悉项目管理工具和方法论,如敏捷、Scrum或PMP。 4)具备良好的团队领导能力,能够激励和kanzhun指导团队成员。 5.沟通与协作: 1)具备出色的沟通和表达能力,能够与跨职能团队、客户和高层管理人员有效沟通。 2)能够协调内外部资源,确保项目目标的实现。 6. 其他要求: 1)持有PMP、ACP或其他项目管理认证者优先。

Key Qualifications: · A minimum of 8-10 years ops experience, preferably in a high tech or computer-related industry. · Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices. · Experience with high volume, consumer electronic manufacturing technologies (preferred) in the areas of design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply and quality management. · Experience in managing capital equipment through its entire asset lifecycle. · Track record of achieving significant results on complex projects in a often ambiguous and always fast changing environment. · Demonstrated leadership in driving solutions to challenges. · Incredible drive, motivation, and energy to complete any challenge given · Strong analytical capabilities coupled with good business savvy. · Exceptional communication skills (in both Mandarin Chinese & English) - verbal, written and executive presentations. · Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization to resolve conflict and drive consensus. · Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution. · Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details. · Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge in the absence of leadership. Description: 1. Lead the operational side of development builds during new product introBOSS直聘ductions for any assigned products. Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectiBOSS直聘ves. 2. Lead Apple team's new product introduction efforts during ramp within the Operations sphere. Specific goals include team leadership in driving issue resolution, supply chain design, schedule, cost, quality, availability and order cycle time goals. 3. Engage with OEM manufacturing partners to develop, ramp, and introduce products. Develop rapport with partners and detailed knowledge of "how the factory works," its capabilities and limitations. 4. Lead matrix team members from across all functions in Asia within Operations to develop new product plans. Typical functions include WW Planning, Global Supply Managers, Technical Program Manager, Quality, Supplier Quality Engineer, Test Engineer, Design For Manufacturing. 5. Represent operations with the product design teams. Use production expertise to influence and negotiate for DFX, supply chain, testability and product features. 6. Identify, marshal and organize resources (Apple Staff, OEM Staff, Contractors, etc) to mBOSS直聘eet required goals. 7. Communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders, including team members and executives within Apple and OEMs. Synthesize a multitude of issues into a clear, concise and focused message. Present with confidence and brevity. 8. Manage and lead CAPEX (Capital Expense) activities with OEM manufacturing partners. Drive OEM to maintain high traceability of Apple’s assets, execute efficiency in equipment repair process to minimize downtime, spares and repair TAT as well as capital equipment transfers across sites. Review and approve capital equipment consumable spend by OEM. 9. Always push the leading edge of innovation and excellence in Apple products and program management practices. 10. Support covBOSS直聘erage in other products in the region. Travel to another location on other products on an as-needed basis to drive issue resolution and/or support build/ramp activities. Education: 1. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree. An MBA or MS is preferred. 2. A combination of both formal education and experience in Engineering and business is highly desirable. Equivalent experience is acceptable. 2. Proficiency in using Keynote, Numbers, Microsoft Project or Excel is a plus. Additional Requirements: 1. Experiences 3+ years and above in Product/Program Management and manufacturing/supply chain operation experiences. 2. Have an aptitude for acquiring skills Pleasant personality, passion for taking on new challenges and able to work under pressure. 3. Have strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships to influence cross-functional teams.
