The Technology delivery manager is accountable for successful delivery of Technology projects/ multiple workstreams and ensuring benefits realization within the group. The scope of engagement will be global and span multiple GROUP business areas. The Delivery Management role will hold most or all of these responsibilities:
Managing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes
Supporting Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, budget
Working with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum), and corresponding management of dependencies
Providing management to maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across GROUP
Managing, monitoring and reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Also, making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
Enforcing process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes and continuous DevOps pipelines development
Helping with the development and running of the programme management office or project management practice
Ensuring adherence to standard controls and driving teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, Security controls and technology architecture designs
Establishing effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework, and coordinating cross DevOps and cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery
Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the project
Qualifications
Minimal 10+ years’ experience of software developments with both water-Fall and Agile methodologies.
Have experience leading and managing agile, cross function delivery teams encompassing 30+ staff (direct and indirect repartees).
Manage program funding over $5m as a big plus.
Knowledge on DevOps, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Agile control Framework.
Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team.
Have experience with Java based technologies and Database(Oracle)
Have experience with Production Support and incident management
Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development

确保遵守标准控制,并推动团队实现合规性和框架、能力管理、安全控制和技术架构设计。
根据业务转型框架建立有效的治理和控制,并协调跨DevOps和跨全球业务/全球职能的交付。
确保项目内采用并遵守所有技术实践和相关工具。
资格要求
拥有至少10年以上的软件开发经验,涵盖瀑布式和敏捷方法。
具备领导和管理包含30多名员工(直接和间接下属)的敏捷、跨职能交付团队的经验。
管理超过500万美元的项目资金将是一个很大的加分项。
了解DevOps、纪律化的敏捷交付(DAD)、敏捷控制框架。
对技术充满热情,并寻求机会学习并向团队引入新想法。
具备Java基础技术和Oracle数据库的经验。
具备生产支持和事件管理的经验。
具备指导、培养人才和激励员工达到最佳绩效水平和职业发展的能力。
