汇报对象是外国人，需要口语好！ Mission and Job Description Technology and Innovation has a high focus to bring new and emergent technologies into the development of products within Power and Flow Division. We scout different technologies, from energy sources to telecommunications and integration to improve the final deliveries of the company and make unique products. We are looking for an open-minded technology driven engineer to be able to bring more value to our end-customers, dealers and customer centers throughkanzhun our products. The main goal is to produce energy efficient and technologically advanced systems for the next generation product range. The candidat来自BOSS直聘e should be able to define inter-system specifications, follow the steps of the assigned project and perform proof of concept tests. Must be a team worker and understand the needs of the company and partners to improve the final results. From a technical point of view, the candidate must have a deep knowledge on eBOSS直聘lectronically controlled electrical machines and power generation systems. Knowledge about energy storage, hybridization, power electronics and alternative energies integration in smart grids. Role: main tasks & responsibilities Define end-to-end aspects such as technical definitions and integration specifications. Scout different markets for estate-of-the-art technologies and benchmark to select the most suitable solution. Perform end-to-end tests. Technical support and definition for internal and external project developers. Support engineering roll-out with technical instructions and user manuals. Skills, experience/education Bachelor degree in Electric or Electronic engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years involved in development of technological projects in indusbosstrial environments Excellent problem solving skills Fluent in English Knowledge requirements Deep knowledge of battery energy storage systems and power converters Knowledge of alternative energies such solar power. Familiar with power generation and diesel generators. Understanding of control electronics forBOSS直聘 electric machines. Capable of integrating energy storage and hybrid systems.
