岗位职责：kanzhun 做项目交付，后期会做产品，主要是负责技术(搭架构)+管理团队。 1、负责.Net技术栈重kanzhun点项目的技术选型、方案设计、开发编码、项目运维等工作； 2、带领开发小组（5-7人）共同协作交付项目； 3、负责相关技术文档、运维手册编写； 4、参与系统的需求分析和开发计划制定； 5、培养初级、中级开发人员。 职位要求： 1、统招本科学历，8年以上B/S方向.net开发经验kanzhun，有团队管理经验，至少带5人团队经验； 2、精通c#、asp.net webform、asp.net mvc、web api、wcf、web services、linq等.net后端开发技术，熟悉spring.net、 Nhibernate优来自BOSS直聘先； 3、精通html、js、css、jqury、vue.js等前端开发技术（加分项目）； 4、精通sqlserver、redis，熟悉mysql，熟悉数据库性能优化； 5、熟悉linux、windowskanzhun server； 6、熟悉面向对象设计规范、设计模式； 7、熟悉.net与java双技术栈优先； 8、踏实勤奋、注重质量、积极上进、遵守团队规范。 要求：核心骨干，一定要有团队管理经验；精通asp.net mvc、web services；精通html，js
