1.电子专业专科以上学历，有一年以上LED电源和手机充电器类产品工作经验 2.能够根据产品制定相应测试计划，编制测试方案BOSS直聘，能够规范测试流程。 3.熟悉相关测试设备和工具，熟练使用办公软件 具体工作内容： 完成公司项目、产品的所有测试工作 根据产品需求和设计文档，制定测试计划，分析测试需求，设定测试流程。 根据产品测试需求完成测试环境（夹具等）的设计和配置 执行具体测试仍无并直聘确认测试结果、缺陷跟踪，完成测试报告以及测试结果分析。 直聘在测试各环节和开发、产品等部门沟通，保证测试输入和输直聘出的正确性和完备性。 完成产品缺陷的验证和确认，对于难以重现的缺陷，具备完成可能性原因分析和验证的能力 顶起提交产品缺陷统计分析报告并完成产品测试总结报告。

岗位职责 Provide technical support high power produBOSS直聘cts skanzhunuch as discrete, bare die, module devices with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gate drivers in xEV related applications Sell and promote related products and the differentiating features/solutions in order to achieve a design-win at the customer projects Feedback technical requirements from the customer into the organization 岗位要求 Bachelor/Master degree in power electronics, electric engineering 5+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications Hands-on experience on IGBT/SiC/GaN in EV applications such Main Inverter, OBC, DCDC or related power conversion applications in industry Solid knowhow of power electronics device ph来自BOSS直聘ysics (Si, SiC, GaN etc), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc Slid knowledge about power module design and interconnect technologies EMC/EMI experience is preferred Concept of ISO26262 is preferred Good customer communication/presentation skills Fluent speabossking & writing in English Team work, High-level of self-discipline and innovative Willingness to travel
