• Job Title: Senior AI Engineer • Location: Shanghai • Job Responsibilities: o Collaborate closely with global product and engineering teams to design AI solutions and support business objectives. o Design, develop and deliver AI/ML models, leveraging cutting edge technologies to drive innovation. o Analyze user behavior on existing solutions and enhance them through an AI/ML driven approach. • Basic Qualifications o Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or Engineering o 3+ years of working experience in Natural Language Processing and mBOSS直聘achine learning. o Deep knowledge in NLP techniques, including embeddings, attentBOSS直聘ion mechanisms, sequence-to-sequence models, gene来自BOSS直聘rative AI, etc. Rich experience in designing and implementing NLP models. o Familiar with large language models and have good experience on them. o Proficiency in Python, and rich experienced with libkanzhunraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Fluent in both spoken and written English. • Preferred Qualifications o Master multiple programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, Scala and others. o Familiar with big data technologies, open-source data processing frameworks. E.g., Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Elastic Search, Pig, Hive, and so on.
