BOSS直聘组织进行设备、设施改造、攻关研讨会，并组织进行相关技术培训。  Be responsible for the work guidance and work assessment of subordinate employees. 负责对下属员工的工作指导以及工作考核评审工作。  Complete other tasks assigned by leader. 完成领导交给的其他工作。  Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics, Electronics or related; 10 years or above working experience in the same position or related position; 本课以上学历，机电、电子或相关专业；10年或以上同职位或相关工作经验；  Good command of office computer software and CAD 熟练的办公室电脑软件及CAD操作能力。  Familiar with construction engineering process, capable to design water / power/ compress supply and decoration drawing, can make out the list of engineering working, and based on provide accurate budget. 熟悉施工工程工艺，能对工程出水电气装修图，能出工程量清单，并据此提供准确的预算。  Rich experience of automation process design and automation machine introduction. 有丰富的自动化方案设计及自动化设备导入经BOSS直聘验。  Familiar with maintenance of automation precision equipment, PLC, industrial computer and electrical accessories. 熟悉自动化精密设备、PLC、工业电脑及电器配件的维修。  Experience in project management is preferred. 良好的团队组织管理能力，有项目管理经验者优先。  Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills. 优秀的沟通能力和领导能力  Team work spirit, good communication skills and strong planning, coordination and execution skills. 具备团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力以及较强的计划、协调、执kanzhun行能力。
