1. Evaluate reliability test (such as salt spray, vibration, HTOL, LTOL, HAST, ESS) for company products and components. 2. Develop reliability test scheme, collect and analyze reliability test data. 3. Develop the test data analysis method and work instructio来自BOSS直聘n. 4. Reliability risk evaluation for production process changes (including hardware design, auxiliary materials, production process change, etc.), make validation test plan. 5. Reliability test failure analysis and failure mechanism research, problem recurrence and 直聘regression verification. 6. Communkanzhunicate with lab customers about test scheme, test standard and explain for test result, and help customers to find the issue and solution. 7. Work with global Engineering and Supply Management teams in selecting new components and suppliers. 8. Other work tasks related to reliability test. 1. Education/Training • Bachelor degree or above, major in Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Reliability Engineering or related. 2. Experience (minimum required) • Pref直聘er 5 years experience in reliability test and analysis. • Familiar with reliability test principle and test scheme design for HASS, HAST, ESS. • Familiar with reliability test equipment, such as Salt Spray, Environment Chamber, Vibration tester. 3. Knowledge • Familiar with reliability test standard and specification for industrial products. • Knowledge production process of electronic components, PCB and SMT. • Work attitude is rigorous, careful, patient, and has spirit of cooperation. • Good communication skills and learning ability. • Good skills of English speaking and writing, foreign-invested company working ex直聘perience is preferred.
