Re来自BOSS直聘sponsibilities:  Responsible for the daily support of different systems.  Responsible for the project management of assigned projects  Manage internal resources and BOSS直聘outsource vendors to ensure smooth project delivery Major duties: 1 Business Analysis 1.1 Understand the TSL systems and operation clearly and precisely 1.2 Discover operation issues and/or collect the user requirements 1.3 Design and propose the best technical solution to solve the issues. 1.4 Identify the As-Is and To-Be operation flows 1.5 Prepare the documentation for the system blueprint, process flows, specification, UAT, etc 1.6 Define the testing scenarios and conduct the unit testing, integration testing 1.7 Assist users for UAT 1.8 Prepare training materials and provide training to business users 2 Project Management 2.1 Define and manage the project schedule, scope and progress 2.2 Ensure the end-to-end process flows and system design are well integrated with other systems 2直聘.3 ReguBOSS直聘lar review the project status, locate the potential issues and update to the project stakeholders 3 Daily Operation and Others 3.1 Provide the supporting services to the end uBOSS直聘sers 3.2 Closely monitoring and following up the background tasks status 3.3 Follow up the periodical tasks on time (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly) 3.4 Update the Job Log and review the issues on-time Requirements: Education ： - University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent Experience ： - Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Project Management or business analysis experience - Background in luxury retail and Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage Others ： – Task-oriented and strong project management skills – Detail-minded, strong analytical and problem solving skill – Self starter, mature, able to work independently – Good leadership skills as well as a team player – Good time management and able to work under pressure – Good interpersonal skill and communication skills - Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese
